Signs posted that Grand Ave will be closed on 9/26 for 4 weeks. More information would be very helpful, particularly where it will be closed. Just the intersection at East?

I too would be interested in where Grand Ave will be closed and why. We run a business and need to know if there will be disruptions to our business? Will John Murphy Dr be open? Was any notification made to the local business's and residents other then street signs?
