Description

This is a follow-up to an earlier service request. A couple of us neighbors went outside to try to take some of the trash out of the recycle can. The can is in front of a vacant house. It appears that the can is full of bags of dirt. We were unable to lift the bags. It will take several people to remove the bags in order to lift and empty the can. Thank you for your service.
