Description

The car's DC registration expired on 9/14/16. It's been here so long and has so many tickets on the windshield that I am worried about the health of the owner and hope someone checks on the person's home address. The ticket citation is listed as 1800 Block Riggs Pl. NW. southside. The violations are for being present despite street cleaning.
