Description

The planters on Western Avenue are lovely, but how is someone supposed to exit their car, in a legal parking space? I feel terrible trampling over all the beautiful plantings, but this was the last spot on Western Avenue and I was late for work. PLEASE do not remove the parking space from this situation. Riverside and Western Avenue have lost so many parking spaces to the new design, which come overall, is lovely.
