I understand your concern, but we can not assign maintenance work to be completed sight-unseen without first investigating the nature of the original complaint. The engineer who oversees the pavement marking program has been assigned to investigate this location and evaluate the condition of the bike lanes and all related markings. Several different materials, installed by different crews with different types of equipment, are used to mark bike lanes. Each material and crew has a different lead time. Once we have determined exactly what needs to be repainted, the appropriate crew will be assigned to complete the work.

Work has begun to replace all bike lane markings in this area, in conjunction with the newly installed bike lanes on Cambridgepark Drive. This work will be completed within the next few weeks.
