Description

More cars without residential zone parking permits are coming into the area. not to mention the construction going on. There is a vehicle that parks on Pavonia Ave. between Erie and Manila Avenue. The cars without residential zone parking permits seem to park on Erie Street after the street cleaner comes in the morning which is around 11:00 a.m.
