This tree reLly needs to be taken down. I'm surprised at how long this request has been open. I had heard this program got quick action, but I'm disappointed.

This request has been open since last August. The tree is totally dead and posing a hazard to property and power lines. I did send an email to the 25th ward Alder this week, but I have not gotten a response. The tree needs to be removed with care so as not to damage adjacent gardens.

Have called several city departments and emailed our Alder twice this month. What has to happen to get this addressed?

Spoke with th 25th Ward Alder in person about this matter last week. Have gotten no response as yet. Chunks of bark and branches are falling daily into the street, onto the sidewalk, and into our yard.

We're approaching the one-year anniversary of this request, and there has been no response. Do we need to resort to TV news trouble shooters?
