Would like to know about the agreement between CATV pole attachment owners. Does this allow each of the companies 30 days total from the day of the complaint or 30 days for each party from the day of the complaint? What happens if they fail to meet the deadline - anything? Thank you.

Certainly the 30 day limit has passed? Has the dangerous pole been removed?

All wires were removed prior to Christmas but the empty pole is still leaning now unsupported. Another rotten pole at 9633 Dortmund which was taken down prior to Christmas is still lying on the ground and a red marked pole at 9717 Dortmund still has AT&T & cable lines attached to it. No one from Hsv Connect or Huntsville Information Technology Services I contacted responded to my question what the agreement between the CATV pole attachment owners is.

Yeah, I drove by on Saturday, 1/14, too! The pole in the picture has NO wires on it anymore. Just a red plastic "tape" tied around it. Maybe that means Hsv City is removing it soon?

Huntsville Utilities verified all wires have been removed, and are sending a crew to remove the pole. Once the work is complete, we will update, and close this ticket.
