Description
This house is currently un-occupied, and owned by a property management company. During the last month the company has been doing "un-authorized" renovations on this house as noted by the sign on the door that read a "Work Stop Notice" due to no permitting with the city. Waste Pro (the trash company that the residence uses) has been to our culdesack 4 or more times and not picked the trash up, i am guessing due to non-payment. The grass is very high, and there is debris everywhere in the yard and driveway.

Thank you so much! I also just wanted to note that the address is 8839 Magnolia Place and not the address listed above.
Thanks!

I would like to further add that the bags are collecting water and could be a potential prime environment for the Aedes mosquito spawning site and Zika virus. It would be prudent for the county to remove the bags as well as empty (remove) the container.
thanks...concerned neighbor.

Hello,
I noticed that this issue was just closed, however the trash can and all the surrounding trash is still sitting in the front yard. Nothing has moved since the first time this was reported.
Thank you

Dear Pinellas County-
If you are experiencing high volume of complaints, can I make a suggestion that might only take 5 minutes of your time? Call WastePro at 727-452-5278 and have them clean up the garbage and take away their container. Just a suggestion.
Thanks
