Issue has been address more than 3 times now.

This area is not being monitored for non-resident parking. I can easily name 5 cars that park with the visitor pass for weeks at a time. Any there are numerous cars with no resident decal at all parking – taking space from residence whom actually pay car taxes. This is ridiculous.
