A group of 3 or 4 people are sleeping and always hanging out inside and aside of Nissan Altima since abt 2 weeks ago and jay walking in the middle of the street at least once a day i encountered. And this morning i saw One of those guys opened the green Toyota vehicle which is a car of a mexican guy from my apartment. And theres always some people come and go from there and since they also have 1 female in that group it could be prostitution or drug dealing. And they mostly have tools such as big prybar and screwdrivers. Full of kids and teenagers in that area and high crime and prostitution area too. Please help.
