Description

Keystone building has effectively roped off the sidewalk in front of their building as part of some effort to restrict access to their parking lot. Does not meet any standard of sidewalk closures and would be dangerous for someone who is blind walking through here. Route is between high frequency transit stops and a lot of apartments. Bldg should move its tape to only its driveway and leave sidewalk unobstructed.
