Items are small - coffee table and tall lamp - but are blocking the Parks & Rec grounds maintenance crew from mowing, creating a vermin hazard and a public eyesore. Note: You must access the items through the ALLEYWAY that runs from Q Street behind Macarthur Blvd (4511-4531 block) on the backside of Hardy Park in Palisades.
