Description
Our street was paved this summer. In some places the new pavement is 2-3 inches higher than the white concrete leading to curb. I was walking my dog last Sunday and had to move over because of a car. Well my right foot landed on one of those high uneven parts causing me to fall and skin the whole side of my left leg on the 2 in ledge of new pavement. I'm lucky I didn't break a bone or hit my head. I am concerned for the older people in the neighborhood that walk and might do the same thing and break a bone.
