Can the DPW - please cite this address - they not obeyed trash collection pick up rules for three weeks now and this morning after I filed an initial report on this property - the student renters put out an old matters and bed frame (outside of the house) which will not be picked up by the city. Please cite this property as used furniture should not outside the properties in the historic district.
