I agree that the yield signs are a major improvement to Floyd Avenue, and city planners should consider using them more throughout the city. Traffic circles improve traffic flow, and Floyd is definitely easier to bicycle on currently. Sometimes people come to rolling stops or fail to yield at stop signs as well. We should simply have enforcement of the posted Yield and Stop signs. I believe this is an issue for the police, not the traffic engineers :-)
