In the middle of the grassy triangle where Ponce & Scott meet and the Welcome to the City of Decatur sign is, there is a monster hole that will inevitable break someone's leg if not filled sooner than later. It's 2 or 3 feet deep and only 1 or 2 feet diameter so it's hard to see especially at night. My kids and I walk into the square this way all the time. I'm aware of this hole so I'm looking for it as I'm walking. There is a 2nd hold also in this triangle, but it's not as deep.
