Description
The crosswalk signals are out at both the SE & NE corners of 10th & Byrd Streets. In addition, the view of the crosswalk signal at the SE corner of 10th & Byrd is obstructed by tree branches & leaves. Pedestrians attempting to cross Byrd street at either the SE or NE corner must guess as to whether it's safe. This is a safety risk that could be reduced by replacing the bulbs in the crosswalk signals on both corners and performing some modest branch pruning of the tree at the SE corner.

They are out on purpose. There is no crosswalk crossing that direction and pedestrians are only supposed to cross in the other three directions that have crosswalks painted in the streets.

That's not clear in the (lack of) signage, and meanwhile pedestrians continue to cross their at their own peril....
