We have learned that there are two possible issues here. One, operation of a food sales business from your home without proper zoning permits may be a zoning violation. Second, cooking food in your residence for sale to the public without inspection by Wake County Environmental Services may be a violation of their ordinances; we cannot speak for Wake County.
