Description

Sand needs to be removed. It has hazardous objects (broken glass, used needles, etc) in the sand. The kids take the sand out of the sandbox and pours it over the basketball courts to ride the bikes through it. This causes a dangerous situation for the other kids who were trying to play basketball on the basketball courts.
