I don't understand why the city doesn't communicate between divisions or departments. A citizen has taken the trouble to alert the city - why should they have to make a call to another department?

I repeat the question FanFan asked: why can't the Property Maintenance Division forward the request? Why aren't the city departments communicating internally?
(and you are improperly closing this issue: it's still an issue. It's not YOUR issue, but it's still an issue, so it should be left 'open' on SeeClickFix. The company uses 'closed' issues as a metric of how quickly cities fix problems. If you aren't fixing the issue, you shouldn't 'close' the problem, because it artificially inflates the cities rate)
Great comments David... please forward to all who may have an interest so that we may generate a loud community voice.
We are not allowed to engage in any cleanup as citizens and even threaten with fines when we take initiative. This is leaves a city looking unkempt and invites crime. Notice all the grafitti around every corner.
We must help our police department as these breakdowns in social order eventually all end up in their hands to solve.
