I reported this 3 weeks ago and have seen 2 other reports each getting more worse as this person keeps spreading out. Taking up lots more space now. He is abusive to people walking by. Do something Oakland.

If the city plans to continue to give cart Blanche permission to homeless free camping, they need to be directed to one place where possibly services could be offered centrally. They should not be polluting the lake.

It's one thing to have all those encampments near the freeways, but it's another thing to allow encampments at the Lake. Lake Merritt is the crown jewel and main attraction of Oakland! Who would want to take their kids to the Lake to be exposed to the bio-hazardous fifth
