Description

The sidewalk on New Scotland Ave. between Ontario and Grove is littered with cigarette butts, presumably left by patrons of the restaurants on that block. Can the city persuade the businesses on this block to clean the sidewalks in front of their establishments? It might improve their business if the block didn't look so trashy.
