Description

I will be closing on property at 4314 Fluvanna Avenue, Richmond, VA 23234 next week, at the end of the street, next to my house is city property that is being used to store an old vehicle, trailer, garbage cans and other things that are a bit unsightly. These things have probably been stored on the right of way for a while but this is new construction and I would like to see if it could be cleaned up. What is my recourse. The builder has informed me that this is the city's property. Thanks
