Description

Possibly unpermitted asbestos abatement operation has a diesel generator in the front yard running 24 hours a day emitting overpowering fumes and constant noise and creating a major neighborhood nuisance. There's also a large portapotty in the front yard. How has this work been approved? No one has approached or consulted the neighbors.
