Mattress still blocking alley.

Also a communication cable low over alley; reported weeks prior to mattress.

Mattress still blocking alley traffic. Need remove.

Mattress moved, now obstructing vehicle use of my garage, alley behind 3905 Merry Oaks Av.. I called 311, but they unable to associate with this complaint, so entered NEW complaint. After month, need REMOVED MATTRESS! Not restart, wait until mattress moves, restart at nearby address, wait for mattress move (as city trash truck, CVWMA truck, or others move mattress as driving alley (mattress to big for average car to safety drive over).
