Description

The Indian restaurant on the corner of lark and Washington keeps all the trash they have outside 100% of the time. Its attracting rodents and the stench is bad. Residents have to walk on that sidewalk and patrons to the yoga center have to smell nasty garbage daily. Isn't it supposed to be housed inside or in a controlled area?
