Description

Big white truck with red top is repeatedly blocking driveways and sidewalks, playing this LOUD deafening music!!! People start hollering at him, and he doesn't move!!! DAY AFTER DAY!!!! Enough already!

Thank you for your post. In order to assist you I need to narrow the time frame in which the ice cream truck come through the neighborhood. Is it in the morning , afternoon or evening . (I don't know if the driver lives in the neighborhood and is running home for something or is trying to serve customers.)
