Description

The owner of this lot will come by approximately once every other month the check on the property. He has been observed throwing yard debris from his overgrown lot into other homeowner's yards. Additionally, the lot appears to be a sanctuary for small rodents. Moreover, a bobcat was witnessed on the property, hiding under trash left there. This is simply unacceptable within city limits.
