Description

Violation of sec 27-31 of the city ordanance. Parking congestion is at a high on the street and now to needed parking spaces have been taken up by the basketball court located at the home on 83 Pond Street. The owner has been asked to remove it. This was done for one week and then reconstructed in the same location.
