Description

The light at Stickney Point Road and Gateway Ave is not turning green. I was on Gateway Ave in the left turn lane to turn onto Stickney Point Road. I was at the light for approx. 15 minutes and the light never changed. Upon pulling up to the light, I witnessed a few drivers turn left after checking for traffic even though the light was red. I ended up turning right and needing to do a U turn.
