Description

Westbound 53rd Street at San Pablo Ave needs a bicycle detector stencil on top of the loop detector at this location, as bike riders who stay at the curb won't be picked up and will never get a green light. Since 53rd is one of the few east-west bike connections between Oakland and Emeryville it's very important that it work seamlessly for bike riders.
