Description
This is not a pothole, but no other category was close. There is a major washout on the south concrete slope reinforcement of the Truman Parkway overpass over DeRenne Ave. There is a washout and concrete panels have collapsed into a large cavity between the overpass supports. Don't know who is responsible, but know you'd get this to the right people.
