Description

Lawn and city property easement is way overgrown and covering street / sidewalk. Since Lacaria Cement installed new sidewalks and planted cheap barnyard grass, most city residential street corners and easements are not being cut and taken care of by the homeowners. This corner and other opposing corners at this intersection need some major TLC. The city is not responsible for cutting these corners. I don't think the homeowners know this or really care about how much of an eyesore their properties are for others in the area.
