The front of this business on Foxhall ave. ( bailey manufacturing ) is a mess with bottles, glass, paper, mud, there should also be a sidewalk for people to walk on. can the city get them to clean up this mess?

I suggest you contact your alderman. William Carey or Tony Davis (depending on which side of the street you are on). This site has filled with older issues, and so is not always closely tracked.
