Description
There is a swale on the back side of my fence. It is blocked by overgrowth and debris, and every time it rains the yards fill with standing water. With mosquitos already a problem, this is something we don't need. The water now is starting to come through the fence and onto my property. Once again, mosquitos are the issue.
