Today is trash day for your area and by the looks of the picture, someone has recently moved out / moved in. This time of year there tends to be more than a normal amount of trash. People are allowed to put out the trash in bags on the day of pick up. I will monitor the area on non trash days to see what their storage practices are. The owner has been cited to get new barrels with covers and additional barrels to accommodate the overflow. They will be receiving fines going forward. Non-compliance with trash rules at the curb is enforced by DPW.
