Except as otherwise provided in this subsection (a) or in subsection (f)(2) of this section, it shall be unlawful for any person to park at any time, including overnight, any truck, van, tractor, truck tractor, semi-trailer, trailer,recreational vehicle more than 22 feet in length, self- contained motor home, bus, taxicab, commercial vehicle, limousine (whether for hire or not for hire) or livery vehicle on any residential street within the city.
