Black Ford 350 6 wheel truck with a Two Car Carrier attached to it carrying two cars. PA PLATE # ZDT6251. Truck appeared along side my house on 8/19/16 and is still sitting there. No one around here owns this truck which not authorized to park on this this type of street. Please have ticketed or removed. This vehicle with carrier is over 30 feet long. Thank you
