Description

Parking in front of a fire hydrant. Every day there are commercial vehicles parking in front of the fire hydrant. In fact, the other day it was completely buried by a mound of dirt -- the fire department was called and I believe they helped correct that. You can just make out the fire hydrant behind the trucks and all those construction permit boxes.

Are construction-related vehicles exempt from parking in front of a fire hydrant? If not, can the city make the builder (Sharp) accountable for ensuring that this area remains clear? It's a pretty long street and there are plenty of places to park on either end of it.
