Car parked blocking sidewalk again in front of 1842 east 25th st. No need to do this when there are open street parking spaces or better yet park at the apartment you live at down the block and not on the sidewalk where people like my disabled wheelchair bound mother need to use to get around. The sidewalk is for walking not parking.
