Description
Standing water in front of my driveway makes getting to my mailbox and out of my driveway difficult(especially when temps. are freezing) Also, road is rotting away around manhole cover and water cap. Water hydrant access would also be difficult if someone had to get to it.

the problem continues with having 'sitting water' at the bottom of my driveway and in front of the fire hydrant!
It is more of an issue when the weather is cold and the water freezes. Then access to my mailbox and the street becomes slippery. I also wonder that if the town needed to get to the fire hydrant for an emergency. if the ice in front of the hydrant could delay access? Thank you for your attention on this matter.
