Description
A group of people have set up tents on the CalTrans property, which is located next to 3422 Andover and borders the 580E freeway at the Broadway Auto Row exit ramp.
This situation occurred several months ago and the criminal activity ( burglaries, theft of bikes on our property, etc) hit an all-time high. A huge fire erupted at 2 am and caused all of the apartment residents to lose sleep pondering whether or not the fire would creep through the trees and ignite our homes. Rodents began to appear. Human waste created a stench and we lost our sense of security along with personal property. While we empathize with the plight of the homeless; we don't want to become victims again. This always occurs during a holiday period. Please start the eviction process immediately.
