Description

Grass/weeds are so tall obstructing traffic view in high accident occurring location off exit 3 taking left onto Chicopee street. The city in this location looks abandoned. All the weeds growing going towards Pride gas station. The street all patched up never seen it look so bad. What is happening to Chicopee...?
