again, the issue is not closed, till it is Fixed, not just notified...... that is an old trick, used by those not wanting to be out front

"Closed" doesn't necessarily mean repaired on seeclickfix; rather, it signifies that the problem at hand has been designated for resolution and that consequently no further dialogue is required concerning the matter. Otherwise, the DPW would continue to receive repetitive queries as to when exactly a job was to be completed when it can make much better use of its time addressing the issues already at hand.

Oops, didn't mean to designate this issue as "closed"; as is appropriate I'll leave that up to the City of Clawson.

Looking back up the comment list, I see that City of Clawson has CLOSED this issue after all.
