Description

Barrel left at sidewalk in the public R/W at 215 Lane St. Has been overflowing with trash since a public city walk-a-thon a few months ago....it has been used as a trash can and trash is overflowing on public sidewalk and into the street...it has attracted unsafe yellow jackets and rats ....please remove this barrel and the trash...
