Mission Graduate business on 16th at Wiese had a crack head sitting in their door way on wiese puffing away his crack pipe. Looks like they don't take care of their outside - covered in grafetti ..maybe from the crack head?
The place is supposed to set an example for its students but the outside is a mess. The place wont last long.
