Description

The gas company workers broke the huge branch office tree today. Then moved it from the street onto the sidewalk. Sidewalk completely blocked.

Limb was removed this morning.

But why was the tree warden not notified. They can be fined for removing a limb for a city tree without permission. Send video to the parks department. Unless this is another one of those "rules" that isn't enforced like throwing snow and leaves into the street.
