  Why would you break the windows? They are half down already....It'd be pretty easy to just reach in and let the dog out...then again that wouldn't be nearly as dramatic as smashing the windows.
  Why would the original poster get online to report this? This site can take weeks sometimes to get a response.
  If you feel strongly enough about the situation CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY!!! Or open the door!

  next time call the non-emergency phone line immediately at 508-872-1212 and they will get the details from you like car make and model, license plate, etc. and take a photo with your cell camera if you can.

  Pinewood drive and the 6 streets off it need to be paved!!! Many other streets can get this service but not us. It's time to spend some time and money in pinefield!
