Description
The entrance to target from the 40th/Shellmound bridge is fm dangerous to cyclists who get "Right Hooked" by cars. The second incident I've personally witnessed and I'm sure there have been many more and dozens of close-calls.

I will assign this issue to our Patrol Section for follow-up. An appropriate option - actually in addition to reporting this issue in this forum, is to attend the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee meetings held the 1st Monday of every other month (one will be tonight at 5:30PM at City Hall, with the next in November). Even if your issue is not on the agenda, you will be able to voice your issue during the public comments segment. You can find more information about the BPAC meetings via the www.emeryville.org website and from members and attendees who frequent this forum.
